Realtime SaaS
A collaborative platform designed for suppliers, brands, retailers and creators, for a faster concept-to-market, leveraging the power of real-time data, digital catalogues, and instant communication.
The problem
The fashion industry often faces challenges in coordinating between multiple stakeholders, leading to delays and inefficiencies in product development. There was a need for a unified platform that could facilitate seamless collaboration and communication among all parties involved.
My role
As the UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for:
Designing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to showcase the core functionalities of the platform.
Developing a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with the needs of the target users.

The process
1. Research & Discovery
Conducted stakeholder interviews and user research to understand the pain points and requirements of suppliers, brands, retailers, and creators.
2. Ideation & Design
Utilized tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes, focusing on user flows that facilitate easy navigation and interaction.
3. Design System Development
Developed a comprehensive design system, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and component libraries, to maintain consistency across the platform.
4. Implementation & Testing
Collaborated with developers to implement the designs and conducted usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary iterations.
The outcome
Successfully launched the MVP, demonstrating the platform's core functionalities and value proposition.
Established a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency in future development.
