Bespo
Bespo is a Shopify plugin for product customization that enables merchants to offer personalized items with real-time visual previews directly on the product page. It supports dynamic text and design adjustments and generates structured files for production.
The problem
Shopify brands often struggle to offer clear and reliable product personalization, leading to customer hesitation, production errors, and lost sales. There was a need for a simple, no-code solution that could provide real-time previews and production-ready files to ensure accuracy. Bespo solves this by enabling seamless product customization that increases buyer confidence and drives conversions.
My role
As the Brand and UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for:
Defining and developing the complete brand identity, including visual language and brand system.
Redesigning and improving the existing MVP to enhance usability and overall product quality.
Refining the interface and simplifying user flows to create a more intuitive experience.

The process
1. Research & Strategy
I started by understanding the product goals, the target users, and the market. I also defined the main brand values and personality.
2. Brand Identity
I created the visual identity for Bespo, including the logo, colors, typography, and brand elements that reflect the product’s purpose and audience.
3. Ideation & Concepting
I generated ideas and sketched concepts for both the brand and the product interface, ensuring they worked well together.
4. Product Design
I designed user flows, wireframes, and UI screens for the product, focusing on usability and clarity.
The outcome
Developed a complete brand identity, including logo, brand positioning, color palette, typography, and visual language.
Redesigned MVP screens and user flows to improve clarity, usability, and overall experience.
